Structural Welding
Iron Sight Services provides structural and pipe welding for commercial and industrial construction. We work to AWS D1.1, D1.5, and ASME standards — with documentation to back it up. Whether you need field welding on a job site or shop work on structural components, we bring the credentials and the capability.

CWI Inspection
Third-party weld quality inspection by an AWS Certified Welding Inspector. We provide independent visual weld inspection, dimensional verification, and code compliance review — giving contractors and owners the documentation they need to close out projects with confidence.
Visual Weld Inspection (VT)
AWS D1.1 / D1.5 visual examination of completed welds for surface discontinuities, profile, and workmanship.
Dimensional Verification
Measurement and documentation of weld size, joint geometry, and fit-up against drawing requirements.
Pre-Weld Inspection
Review of base metal, joint preparation, fit-up, and WPS compliance before welding begins.
In-Process Inspection
Monitoring of preheat, interpass temperature, technique, and procedure compliance during welding.
Documentation & Reports
Written inspection reports, NCR issuance, and final weld maps for project closeout.
