ABOUT US
Iron Sight Services was built on the belief that quality welding and honest inspection shouldn't be hard to find — especially on jobs where the weld has to hold.
Built in the Field
Iron Sight Services LLC was founded by a working welder and AWS Certified Welding Inspector with years of field experience on commercial and industrial construction projects across Colorado.
We started this company because we saw a gap: contractors needed welding and inspection services they could trust — work done to code, documented properly, and delivered by someone who understood what was at stake on a real job site.
Today we provide structural welding, custom fabrication, and third-party CWI inspection to general contractors, steel erectors, and project owners throughout Colorado. Every job gets the same standard: built to spec, backed by documentation, and done right the first time.

AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)
Certified by the American Welding Society — the industry standard for weld quality inspection. Our CWI certification covers visual inspection, code compliance, and documentation under AWS D1.1, D1.5, and related standards.

Structural Welding Qualifications
Qualified welding procedures (WPS/PQR) for structural steel applications. We weld to AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Code — Steel and maintain current welder performance qualifications.
State of Colorado
Licensed & Insured
Fully licensed as an LLC in Colorado and carrying general liability and professional liability insurance. We provide certificates of insurance on request for every project.

How We Work
Code First
Every weld and every inspection is performed to the applicable code — AWS D1.1, D1.5, ASME, or project-specific requirements. We don't cut corners on compliance.
Documentation You Can Use
Inspection reports, NCRs, weld maps, and WPS documentation are provided on every job. You'll have what you need for project closeout.
Independent Inspection
Our CWI inspection is genuinely independent — we're not inspecting our own welds. That separation is what makes the certification meaningful.
Straight Talk
If something doesn't pass, we tell you clearly and document it. No vague reports, no surprises at closeout.
